2021 Syrah Sallier de la Tour

The Ex-Pereto vineyard has a loamy texture (14.4% sand and 32.5% clay) and is therefore moist in spring and dry in summer, giving it average vigor. The south-west exposure guarantees good brightness and warmth in summer. The soil is very rich in potassium, which favors good ripening of the grapes and the accumulation of sugars, aromas and anthocyanins. Depending on the characteristics of the vintage, the average vigor is suitable for the production of red and full-bodied wines as well as fresh, ready-to-drink white and rosé wines.
