2021 Sonoma Pinot Noir

It is made from selected barrels of all single-vineyard wines from plantings between 1972 and 1999. Altitude ranges from 500-1400 feet, and it is made from 50% whole clusters. Sweet, supple and vibrant with cherry and raspberry fruit, with some grip and a hint of tar and spice under the supple fruit. It's a combination of elegance and spicy grip, and there's also a bit of dissolved carbonation that gives an impression of freshness. On the second day, the wine has leveled off nicely.
