Pale yellow gold, silver reflections. Fine yellow tropical fruit aromas, a hint of baby pineapple, some mango, fresh mandarin zest, mineral undertones. Juicy, extract-sweet and well-balanced, full-bodied texture, fine white stone fruit nuances, fine acidity, excellent length, taut and good persistence, potential for decades.

Recommendation: Excellent with white meat, fish and crustaceans, traditional Austrian cuisine and Asian dishes.
