The low yields of the vineyard guarantee a harvest of the highest quality and concentration. The choice to age the wine partly in wood and partly in stainless steel tanks makes it possible to combine the fresh and fruity aromas of a young wine with extremely elegant spicy and licorice aromas that are an expression of good development potential.
