The Tedeschi family has sought to improve the quality of its wines and to emphasize the relationship between the traditional vines and the region. For this reason, Rosso La Fabriseria, an international-style wine, has been completely redesigned and presented today to the wine drinking public as a wine that is coherent with the rest of our production and completely rooted in the Valpolicella region. The grape selection consists of Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and a small percentage of Oseleta. The grapes come from the La Fabriseria vineyard in the Valpolicella Classica region (municipalities of Sant'Ambrogio and Fumane) and are left to over-ripen on the vine. The wine yield per hectare is very low and does not exceed that of Amarone wine. The wine matures exclusively in Slovenian oak barrels. Valpolicella La Fabriseria is today a great and important Valpolicella wine and represents another wine that the Tedeschi family has entrusted to tell the world the story of this magnificent region.
