2021 Felseneck Riesling GG

Opulent Riesling fragrance with lots of exotic fruit on the nose. Underneath, a slight salinity and complex minerality that unfolds like a multi-storey structure while remaining completely harmonious. Already a great wine whose potential will become even clearer with ageing.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 8-10 degrees Celsius, goes very well with spicy and light starters, Asian cuisine, fried or grilled fish or white meat, e.g. veal fillet roasted under a herb crust with a creamy sauce.
