Classic aromas of aniseed, sage and mint mingle with green apple and lime fruit. With air, notes of white flowers emerge. On the palate, it is very intense - typical of this wine - with aromas of citrus oil, apricot and lemongrass. The wine's volume and viscosity resonate throughout - deep, expansive and viscous. A fine, chalky, mineral acidity balances this richness and extends the wine's long, clear finish. Drinkable between late 2023 and 2032, decant for an hour in its youth.
