2021 Cavezzo Pinot Bianco

Vineyard: In Cavezzo (Ruttars) in the municipality of Dolegna del Colllio. Soil: Oceanic marl and clay. VINIFICATION AND REFINEMENT: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in crates and then vinified 20% in oak barrels and 80% in steel vats at a controlled temperature. At the end of fermentation, the resulting product is not bottled and is therefore left to mature in the same vats for around seven months at a constant temperature. At the end of this period, the final blending takes place, followed by bottling and a further ageing period. The color is golden straw yellow. The nose is intense and complex, the floral and fruity bouquet is composed of notes of acacia and jasmine, accompanied by apple, peach and dried fruit in a spicy context. The taste is elegant and full, a savory and fresh wine that fills the mouth with soft sensations in constant evolution, the good body is a prelude to a long persistence,:":
