2021 Cadetto Umbria rosso

Fermentation and maceration take place for approx. 7-8 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of26 °Ruby-colored with violet nuances. The nose reveals notes of violets and green spices. Cadetto Rosso finishes with a slight hint of sour cherry. On the palate it is delicate, round with moderate tannins.
