2020 Sauvignon Blanc Straden

A classic from Styria that looks as if everything has been neatly put back into place by Neumeister. The nose is filled with delicate, multi-layered exoticism and stone fruit and elegant vegetation. On the palate, everything is repeated in a very subtle way. A hint of banana, melon and peach, sweet floral aromas, juicy stone fruit and a tingling spiciness. A fine creamy saltiness supports the complex and fine mouthfeel. The power of the old vines is evident in the finish. The Sauvignon Blanc Straden is particularly good with poached fish, dishes with rocket, Asian cuisine or fruity curries.
