2020 Riul Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso Colli Orientali

Vineyard: Riul in the municipality of Corno di Rosazzo. Vinification: The grapes are harvested entirely by hand in crates, gently destemmed and then fermented at a controlled temperature of 24€C for twenty days on the skins. This is followed by thirteen months of maturation in wood at a constant temperature of 18€C. At the end of this period, the final blending and bottling takes place, followed by a further long maturation in the bottle. Garnet red in color, tending to purple, it has an intense and pleasant aroma with hints of wild blackberry and undergrowth. Hearty, pleasantly tannic, with a persistent and pleasant aftertaste.
