The Riesling Cuvée Théo is named after Théo Faller, who managed the Domaine Weinbach until his death in 1979. The wine is made from the best grapes of the vintage from the Clos des Capucins vineyard and young vines from the Schlossberg Grand Cru vineyard. The straw-yellow wine offers an intense mineral aroma with a fine, slightly chalky taste with citrus notes. The aftertaste is fresh and dry. A great moment of elegance!
