2020 Las Pizarras Chardonnay

The 2020 vintage of Las Pizarras Chardonnay shines with its bright straw yellow color with green nuances. On the nose, it reveals notes of citrus fruit, complemented by some floral notes, framed by soft almond tones and a delicate honey note. On the palate, the wine starts with freshness and depth, followed by a delicate and complex note, dominated by its citrus profile, accompanied by dried fruit and a soft note reminiscent of pear and pastry, crowned by a minerality, excellent persistence and an elegant finish.

Recommendation: Serve at 10-12 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with grilled poultry starters, fried scallops, pasta with white truffle, veal scalopine, fried fish dishes with fruity components and medium-strong cheeses. We recommend drinking this wine until 2026+.
