2020 Etoile Rosé

The grapes in this Cuvee are explosive, honest, brilliant and typically Ott, but impress with their outstanding completeness and relief on the palate. The subtle notes of ripeness harmonize wonderfully with the fruity power, the fresh, crisp accents and the subtle saltiness, achieving a perfect balance. Fullness and balance reach a new dimension and combine to create new strength, freshness and picturesque opulence.

Recommendation: Serve chilled at 10 to 12 degrees Celsius. Excellent with salads and fish dishes. We recommend drinking the wine young.
