The color is pale straw yellow, with a fine and persistent perlage. The nose is fresh and elegant, with clear aromas of hawthorn, bread crust, balsamic notes, hints of apple, dried figs and peanuts. Soft but not sweet on the palate, it has a fresh, pleasant taste. The finish is long and dense.
