In this special bottling, we emphasize and enrich the wine through our approach to élevage. The longer ageing in barrels brings out the earthy character of this fruit, while the new wood accentuates the contours on the palate. It is an elegant, beautifully shaped Chardonnay with a strong drive. On the nose, aromas of stone fruit and a bouquet of orchard blossom and salty minerals. On the palate, the wine is creamy and has a refreshing lightness, with an acidity that coats the tongue. A pleasant wine that can be drunk on any occasion.
