2020 Bellavista Teatro Alla Scala Brut

Dedicated to the legendary opera house, with which the company has a great affinity, it is the best expression of the vintage and the style and philosophy of Bellavista. The grapes that make up this magnificent cuvée are predominantly Chardonnay and some Pinot Nero, are of the highest quality and come from a careful selection in the individual vineyards. In addition to the exceptional quality of the raw materials used, this Franciacorta stands out from other Bruts. Half of the wines from which it is made are aged for seven months in small oak barrels. This Franciacorta impresses with its balance, which skillfully supports and at the same time bridges the characteristics of the vintage. This Franciacorta Method impresses with its intensity and complexity. Citrine quartz yellow, with a very fine and persistent perlage that embodies the fragrances and quintessence of the Bellavista style. The floral notes of elderberry and Mediterranean herbs are generous and elegant, while unpredictable spicy notes later combine with incense and flint. The mouthfeel is simultaneously dense, powerful, aristocratic and creamy. The finish is magnificent in its rare elegance.
