2020 Barolo Serralunga

The Barolo DOCG from Serralunga d'Alba is made from Nebbiolo grapes that thrive on the calcareous marl soils of the Serralunga hills. It is matured in Slavonian oak (18 months) and aged in the bottle for 12 months.

The Barolo Serralunga is a ruby red wine with garnet reflections. On the nose, it has an intense aroma of red fruits, vanilla and spicy, floral notes. On the palate, it is dry, smooth and velvety, with a powerful, harmonious and long-lasting finish. This wine is an excellent accompaniment to red meat dishes and is ideal with a classic Brasato al Barolo. Super Nebbiolo from Piedmont.
