The Nuits Saint Georges from Faiveley is one of the most elegant wines we know. The 1er Cru almost reaches Grand Cru level, although the wine is always rather lean and taut. Certainly not a flatterer, but a highly elegant Pinot Noir that is simply unbelievable fun.
