The nose reveals aromas of pepper and leather mixed with strong berry notes (blackberry, blackcurrant) and intense accents of liquorice and incense. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied and concentrated, gradually developing an elegant, broad and aromatic character. Wonderfully structured with ripe and powerful tannins. Characterized by harmony and balance.

Recommendation: A perfect partner to pâté, beef tartare ravioli or roast duck fillet with cranberries. Also game or rack of lamb with a herb crust.
