The 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve got a big "wow" in the notes and along with Daou and Booker, l'Aventure certainly makes one of the best Cabernet Sauvignon from Paso Robles. Deeply toned, with lots of pure cassis fruit as well as classic Cabernet pencil and graphite, it's a full-bodied, dense, concentrated barrel sample that will benefit from 4-5 years or bottle aging.
