2019 Aurente Chardonnay di Torgiano

Fermentation takes place in barriques, where it remains for 6 months on fine lees with periodic batonnage. They are stored in the bottle for a few years before being released onto the market. The color is straw yellow with intense golden reflections. On the nose it is broad, impressive in aromatic complexity, with elegant notes of tropical fruit, banana and sage, light and balanced hints of yellow flowers. On the nose: of great structure, characterized by a delicate softness, with a lively acidic fragrance and a delicately fruity finish with long persistence.
