2018 La Mission Haut Brion Rouge

A fragrance that could not be nobler, infinitely profound, the variety is impressive, this is a deeply touching fragrance experience. I have never experienced this wine so fabulously fine, at the same time it shows an incredible aromatic diversity, the way in which this wine pampers the palate cannot be described in words, it floats almost unnoticed over the palate but fills it with highly concentrated, crazy complex aromas of a sensual kind, it combines the finesse and elegance of a very great Burgundy with the power and fullness of a great Bordeaux, a super wine in every respect. And although it can be enjoyed quite young, it is also one for the ages, an emotionally deeply moving unique wine with soul. Together with Cheval-Blanc and Tertre-Rôteboeuf, it forms the trio of absolute super wines of the vintage.
