The 2017 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is one of the more open-knit Cabernets I've ever tasted here. While the 2017 doesn't have the depth or dimension of the very best vintages, in return it will drink well pretty much right after release, which is very unusual for this typically slow-ripening Cabernet. Floral and spicy overtones add nuance to a core of expressive, red-tinged fruit in a sensual, totally seductive Cabernet from the Togni family.
