2017 Las Pizarras Syrah

Deep purple red with ruby highlights, this first vintage of Las Pizarras Syrah shows attractive tones reminiscent of violets, sour cherries, a light ash sensation with incense and a hint of licorice, framed by a subtle note of roasted coffee bean and cigar box. The palate emphasizes the texture of its tannins and the sensation of chalk and minerality, with a refreshing entry and a very good acidity that enhances the flavors reminiscent of red and black fruits. Recommendation: Serve this wine at 16 to 18 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with grilled red meat and roasted meat dishes. Enjoy this wine until 2029.
