The 2016 Monbousquet has an attractive bouquet with aromas of black cherries, blueberries and light violets, with the new oak well integrated. On the palate, it is medium-bodied and quite voluminous, with grainy tannins and tarry black fruits, dark chocolate and cedar on the finish.
