Pink in color with fresh, shiny reflections. Deep bouquet with delicate, spicy notes, as well as citrus fruits and cassis. On contact with the air, notes of red fruit and honey, reminiscent of spiced bread. The attack is enveloping, juicy, concentrated and fruity. The texture and fruit are reminiscent of ripe blackberries. A very balanced, sensual wine with a wonderful texture. Very powdery and balanced, even without dosage. Spicy notes (camphor), aromas of smoked bacon and iodized notes slowly emerge and create an umami taste.
