2015 Les Trois Maries

The 2015 Cotes du Roussillon Villages Les Trois Maries is a blend of 65% Grenache and 35% Syrah, vinified in concrete and aged in barrels. Exuding deep notes of black raspberry, licorice, roasted spices and a chocolaty minerality only found in this region, the wine has a huge palate, sweet tannins and a finish that won't quit. This wine should flirt with perfection as it matures, and while it's not cheap (only 200 cases are made), don't pass up the chance to grab a few bottles!
