The 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon The Estate-Moonracer consists of 77% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Merlot, 9% Cabernet Franc and 5% Petit Verdot. It captivates with notes of red and black currants, accompanied by sandalwood, cinnamon stick, cedar, cigar box, dried leaves and dusty earth. The muscular, medium to full-bodied palate fills the mouth with vibrant layers of red and black fruit framed by wonderfully fine, pixellated tannins and finishes long and spicy.
