2014 S. E. Syrah dry

Intense ruby red with a light violet hue. Delicate aromas of black berries, some pepper and violets with a fine hint of dark chocolate and clove. Powerful, full-bodied style with mature, integrated tannins. Very multi-faceted and deep. Balanced wine, persistent and animating on the finish.

Recommendation: Enjoy the wine at approx. 16 degrees Celsius and decanted with a juicy piece of beef or spicy stews. The wine can be stored without hesitation until 2026.
