This wine particularly reflects its origin. Vines growing on coarse limestone soils give the Honigsack Riesling a full-bodied character with incredible minerality. The taste of ripe vineyard peach and pear, caressed by a balanced minerality, creates a slightly salty mouthfeel. A wine with outstanding ageing potential.
