Grown on gravel soil. The surf has polished the deposited quartzite on the primeval sea coast. Fine salinity, fresh sea breeze, smoked bacon, mineral with a dense structure.

We plant intensively: not only vines grow in our vineyards, but also wild garlic, camomile, wild carrots and much more. For us, ecology is a process that we always want to develop further and are always open to new insights. Our work is always a contribution to an intact ecosystem that will continue to protect the soil and climate in the future. We cover all our electricity needs ourselves. We collect and use rainwater from the large roofs of our hall, which is cooled with groundwater without any major technical or energy expenditure.
Thanks to the careful handling of our ripe grapes, we are able to dispense with fining agents, making our wines suitable for those who follow a vegan diet. Our work is governed by the strict ECOVIN guidelines, compliance with which is monitored annually by the association.
