2019 Shiraz & Viognier Y

Seductive aroma of red berries, aniseed and cloves. Juicy, full flavors of ripe plums, peppery notes and liquorice on the palate. Very nice, typical Shiraz, which shows a pleasantly fresh, precise fruit due to the 5% white wine content (Viognier). It clearly stands out from the large number of inexpensive Shiraz from Australia.

Recommendation: Serve at 17 degrees Celsius, goes well with pasta dishes, spicy meat dishes, roast leg of lamb, braised beef, spicy vegetables and mature cheese. We recommend drinking this wine until 2024.
