2020 Delheim Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is a cuvée of 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% each Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot with typical Cabernet aromas on the nose and palate: graphite, tobacco leaves and blackcurrants. A medium body, fine tannins and a good structure ensure a good drinking flow after a little air. The finish is long and harmonious, the alcohol very well integrated.

Recommendation: A culinary all-rounder: whether with a grilled steak with thyme and pepper sauce or simply with a lasagne, this wine goes just as well with simple preparations as it does with more complex dishes. Aerate briefly before enjoying or drink from a large glass to bring out the beautiful fruit more quickly.
