Deep straw yellow in color, accompanied by a particularly elegant and lively bouquet with fresh notes of elderflower and hints of tropical fruit and acacia honey. It is very graceful and good-natured on the palate, with great body and elegant length.

Recommendation: Perfect with traditional Veneto dishes such as salted cod in cream and roast guinea fowl. In general, the wine goes well with starters, fish and white meat.
