2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Y

Bright, medium to deep purple red, with hints of violets, sea spray and fresh Mediterranean herbs. There is a lovely hint of blueberry, a touch of black tea and the Australian note of dried eucalyptus. When you first taste the wine, there is an initial burst of fresh fruit sweetness, similar to blackcurrant pastilles. This sweetness is beautifully balanced with savory notes of fresh herbs and a lovely acidity that complements the Danish richness of the blueberry. The wine is typically structured with concentrated but friendly tannins.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 16-18 degrees Celsius. Goes very well with homemade lasagna or pasta. We recommend enjoying this wine young and fresh.
