2018 Cabernet Sauvignon Knights Valley

Fruity aromas of ripe black cherries and dark berries (blueberries, blackberries) on the nose, fine oak and roasted notes, hints of rosemary, pepper, nutmeg and wild herbs, wonderfully juicy, full cherry and blackcurrant flavors on the palate, great structure, excellent balance of fine spicy sweetness and zesty acidity, soft tannins and a wonderfully long finish. An excellent Cabernet Sauvignon from California!

Recommendation: Drinking temperature 16-18 degrees Celsius, open one hour in advance, decant if necessary. Goes very well with dark meat dishes, e.g. roast beef steak with mushrooms, hearty jus and rosemary potatoes or mature cheese. We recommend drinking this wine until 2025.
