Brancaia Stella Brut

Brancaia Stella Spumante is made from 100% Chardonnay and matures on the lees for at least 2 years. The bouquet is therefore characterized by fresh brioche and almond aromas. On the palate, the spumante is full of finesse and has a precise Chardonnay aroma with a fine and elegant perlage.

Recommendation: As an aperitif, with raw fish or vegetarian dishes such as tuna tartare. A wonderful sparkling wine from Tuscany
