2021 Barbaresco

Sweet strawberries and cherries with some floral and sandalwood character. Medium-bodied with beautifully integrated tannins that run through the middle of the palate. Fresh and lively on the finish.

Recommendation: Drinking temperature 16-18 degrees Celsius, open 1 -2 hours before serving, please decant. Goes very well with dark meat dishes, e.g. Kobe beef fillet roasted with mashed potatoes and truffle jus, braised dishes and fine game birds. Hard cheese made from raw milk or aromatic semi-soft cheese also goes very well with it.
