2022 Cadetto Umbria bianco

The wine is made exclusively from grape must obtained by gentle pressing. Vinification takes place in stainless steel at a controlled temperature (approx. 14€ C). The low temperature is kept constant throughout processing and storage. Intense straw yellow color. Floral on the nose, Cadetto Bianco is reminiscent of star anise, green almond and yellow flowers. Its taste is round, fresh and delicately bitter on the finish. Curiosity: its name recalls the figure of the brother Cadetto, as this wine is considered in comparison to our Torre di Giano. The wind rose on the label comes from an old 16th century portolan.
