2020 Is Solinas Riserva Carignano del Sulcis

Hand-picked at the end of September and/or beginning of October on the south-western coast of Sardinia. Fermentation takes place on the skins for 10-12 days at a controlled temperature. Malolactic fermentation takes place in concrete tanks. The wine is aged in barriques. The wine is ruby red in color with violet reflections, on the nose we find an intense and persistent aroma of ripe jam and fruit. This is a full-bodied, harmonious wine with lingering aromas.
