The Vermentino des Cerdena is gently pressed, naturally decanted and undergoes alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Ageing takes place in French barriques, after which the wine matures in the bottle for approx. 6 - 8 months. The wine has a beautiful shiny straw-yellow color and a bouquet of exotic fruits, banana and almonds. It has a smooth aftertaste and is a structured, elegant accompaniment to food.
