2018 Spätlese Gewürztraminer Vendemmia tardiva 0.375L

A golden-colored wine of enormous intensity and density that exudes a seductive fragrance. Its aroma is reminiscent of exotic fruits such as mango and papaya with a delicate hint of pineapple and lychee. This opulent interplay of flavors is repeated on the palate, ending in a long, impressive finish. The grapes are harvested at the end of November. The overripe and particularly tasty grapes are harvested by hand in small crates. Soils: Clay and marl soils. After delivery, the grapes are lightly crushed. After gentle pressing and natural sedimentation of the lees, the must ferments in small oak barrels. After fermentation, the wine matures for a further 12 months in small wooden barrels and, after bottling, for 6 months in the bottle. The grapes are harvested at the end of November.
