San benedetto di Lugana, in the southern part of Lake Garda. The grapes come from our own vineyards in the areas best suited to the designation of origin. Late harvest between the end of October and November, exclusively by hand in small 4 kg crates. Gentle and soft pressing of the whole grape. A strict vinification protocol follows: Racking by natural sedimentation, slow fermentation at low temperature. At least 18 months of rest in the cellar before bottling. Maturation in the bottle for 6 months. Yellow with pronounced golden reflections. Warm notes of dried apricot and honey on the nose, long and supple. Warm, creamy and enveloping on the palate. A gentle sensation, skillfully dosed.
