2018 Bellavista Satèn Brut

Satèn is the most delicate and elegant Franciacorta, produced only in the best vintages from 100% Chardonnay from higher vineyards. The grapes are selected just as carefully as the slow ageing in small white oak barrels. After blending, the cuvée matures for a further 4 years in the cellar. The full-bodied foam with extremely fine perlage and the straw-yellow color lead to the seductive and flattering aroma of pink flowers, ripe citrus fruit and hazelnut. The aromas follow this style with a smooth, creamy texture and a perfect balance between ripe nuances and the impression of freshness.
