2017 Reserve Syrah

This red wine has aromas of dark fruit (blackberries, plums) on the nose, with notes of chocolate and vanilla, wrapped in a fine pepper spice. Fruity and surprisingly soft on the palate with an intense and dense aromatic structure. The crisp tannin structure makes the Syrah very full-bodied. Overall very fruity with a beautiful and long finish.

Recommendation: Serve this wine at 16-18 degrees Celsius with game dishes, grilled lamb or mature cheese.
