Recommendation: Well-tempered at 16-18 degrees Celsius and decanted, this is a great wine for pairing with a meal. It goes perfectly with hearty dishes with dark meat, for example roast beef with cranberry sauce and rösti. Also a pleasure with strong cheeses such as Gruyère and Comté. Thanks to its structure, this wine can easily mature for 30 years.
