The palate reveals fruity flavors of blackberry and plum with a seductive length and the well-known harmony of Anderson wines. Well-structured and powerful tannins lead into a long-lasting and exciting finish.

Recommendation: Decanted, this wine is a great partner for creamy, spicy cheeses such as chèvre or tartine. This wine also harmonizes wonderfully with strong fish such as grilled salmon or richer dishes such as duck with olive marinade or coq au vin.
