2017 Anderson Chardonnay

Perfumed and fresh aromas of thyme, stone fruit and citrus. The palate is precise and concentrated with flavors of pear, honeysuckle and beeswax, complemented by light oak toast and salinity. A very pleasant and inviting wine.

Recommendation: This wonderful Chardonnay harmonizes perfectly with lighter dishes such as oysters, crab or light-fleshed fish. Due to the ageing time in wooden barrels, the wine reveals a fullness and richness that also goes wonderfully with stronger dishes, such as mushroom risotto or ravioli with a creamy sauce. Enjoy the wine well chilled or decanted if you wish.
