On the nose, you can smell subtle notes of black and red currants. Lots of freshness on the palate paired with notes of cherries and exotic fruits. A fine and equally edgy, slightly bitter finish rounds off this rosé perfectly
Fabien Chanvas and his wife Laure, based in the southern Luberon, just around the corner from Aix en Provence and Marseille, have only been making their own natural wine since 2018. Before that, Fabien spent over 10 years learning his trade with well-known organic and biodynamic (Demeter) winegrowers. Today, they grow Syrah, Grenache Blanc, Grenache Noir and Grenache Gris on 1.7 hectares and only make around 4,000 bottles per year. Naturally, the grapes are harvested by hand, the field is worked with their horse and the viticulture is organic/biodynamic/equivalent both in the field and in the cellar. Their wines are exported to Japan, California, New York, Belgium, Denmark and Sweden after such a short time, even if it is only a few bottles per year. We are the exclusive importer for Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
